1. You have 14 days to notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, i.e. the need to return the purchased goods to the store.
You can provide information about your planned return:

b) in electronic form to the following address: reklamacje@estiesta.com

c) or orally by phone: +48 579 774 880

2. Within 14 days of notifying us of your return, send the product back to: Mirpol Sp. z o. o. ul. Ciasna 3, 35-232 Rzeszów. Include the completed
feedback form.

3. The refund to your bank account will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel to our store.

4. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned product shows visible signs of use that significantly affect its quality.

5. Remember to pack the goods appropriately for transport so that they reach us in the same condition as the product you received - we will also be pleased if you use the original packaging of the goods.
